The Rehearsal Dinner

Emily and Jeff's rehearsal and dinner were on Thursday night.  They moved all Emily's living room furniture out and there were tables set up everywhere!  Jeff's brothers cooked up a Texas BBQ with all the fixings and the food was delicious!  I could have eaten the whole pan of ribs!

The best part of the night was just seeing the happy glow on Emily's face.  As Katie said, she's the independent sister.  She took off after college going to work in Atlanta, then Colorado and finally settling in Austin.  There she met Jeff and well, as they say, the rest is history!

The sisters, Katie and Mary Grace with their little ones, Anna Cross and Grady.  The two cousins were so happy to be together again.....the last time they saw each other Anna Cross was 6 days old!  She has grown up a lot.  Grady will have his 1st birthday in a few days.  He was quite the Christmas gift!

Let's not forget the brother!  It was good to see Brian, but we missed seeing his wife, Robin and their two newborn twin girls.  We hope to see them before too long.  Katie's husband was also missing from the group.  He was on ship duty and couldn't come with Katie.  We missed you too Beau!

Charlotte and Dad, otherwise known as Big Daddy!   Big Daddy is getting lots of grandchildren to love and a new son in law!

Lots of friends!  This table was mostly Emily's friends from Physical Therapy school.

Mike and Mary Grace with their sweet Grady!

It was a happy night of family and friends getting to know each other and anticipating the big day to come!

My sister and I with Anna Cross.

Three sisters, known to me as the girls

Emily with her friends.

Grady with Charlotte......Nanny

It was time for us to head back to the trailer park upscale R.V. park.....by the way....that is an oxymoron.....so we told everyone goodnight.  Russell with Katie, Mary Grace and Anna Cross.

Then wished Emily goodnight, telling her to get her beauty rest for the big day coming!

Stay tuned for the wedding!

I'm so glad you took all those pictures! Brian did not bring the camera so I didn't get to see everyone until you posted! Looks like everyone had a wonderful time. Emily really was glowing! :)
