So far....

It's been a good start to the new year!  Nothing special, no resolutions....just a peaceful, easy feeling....hmmmm.....I think there's a song about that.

This is the first year in a long time that it's staying cold for days.  I like it!  I like being able to wear more than two sweaters in the winter.  Without sweating!

Russell came home, started a fire and we just warmed by the warmth!

We felt kind of like this........

Oh, if you have a chance, run over to Mercy Uganda to read about the team that will be going to Uganda in about two weeks!  There's a lot of excitement when gearing up to go.  Read all about it!

I've been wondering about you with the cold. It doesn't sound good for the farmers.

It's really cold here in Arkansas too, and we may actually have some snow on Thursday! I'm not holding my breath though. It's supposed to be below 0 a few nights this week.

Stay warm and have a great week! :o)

Hugs,

Diane

Try to get Florida to warm up by the end of the month. I will be flying down for my neice's wedding. I want it nice and warm!

My neice's wedding is in Debary. My daughter and I are attending and we are really looking forward to warmer weather. It is 18 degrees now and suppose to get 5" of snow tonight. Ahh!

It is very cold here in Maine but I guess that's the way it's supposed to be in January. Lots of snow which is great for the skiers and snowmobilers and children building snow forts along with having snowball fights. Yes, it would be nice to be able to wear two sweaters without the hot flashes driving me crazy! lol!

Your cat looks just like our Morris that we had for many years!
