Standing in the rain.....

My sister stood in line for hours in this.....

To see this!

That's right on a rainy, stormy day thousands stood in line to hear our next Vice President of the United States speak.

Her pictures of Sarah are grainy because she was sitting up in the nosebleed section. She did get nearer while Sarah was signing autographs, but not quite near enough to get to shake her hand.

I'm so thankful that from the first time I saw Sarah Palin, she was not afraid to stand on a public stage and let her Christianity be known.

Our nation has gradually shoved God out of everything public and now we are seeing hard times. A result of that?? I won't speculate, God doesn't need me to speak for Him. I think all we need to do is take a good look at our country.

Then we need to PRAY.

I'm not liking the things I'm hearing about the other candidates recently.

It was worth every minute I stood out there in the weather to see how much people love her, and to hear her, and then to see her talk to so many people and to sign autographs! I do pray that she will be the next VP!!!

Yes, Nancy, I'm praying that the silent majority will get out and vote on your most important day this year! Palin doesn't care that people make fun of her and her beliefs - she's a strong woman and not afraid of those men! Why is Obama getting such positive attention in the media? Is it the same down there?

Leslie, We have the most liberal media ever plus the fact that Hollywood loves him. I am just praying that we conservative, Christians will get more vocal and get out there and vote. The voter fraud alone is scaring me.

I am sure it was well worth the wait. She is definitely a breath of fresh air for all of us.

I read your last post and had a moment of sorrow at the fact that those precious woods will someday be locked up. I DID grow up in the woods and loved all of it -- picking wild raspberries, catching frogs at the pond and watching the wildlife.

Amen and Amen and Amen! She is a brave lady who is being maligned by the liberal press.
