I love this country. I love that no matter what anyone says, we were founded by Christians and we have always been blessed by God. We have always been blessed by men and women who were willing to serve this country and to give their lives if necessary.
This is my son.....He was on the U.S.S. New Orleans in the first Gulf War.
I'm thankful for him.
I'm thankful he came home.
I'm thankful for all those who are serving now......and for every one who has served in every war.
This is Russell's Uncle Hugh. He was at Pearl Harbor when it was bombed. He's 93 now, I'm grateful for him.
Those are just two of many we know who have served.
Thank you from a grateful American with a grateful heart!

Thank you for introducing precious Uncle Hugh. And to know that he is still here after all this time. God Bless him, and I salute him on this wonderful Veteran's Day for a job well done.

Many Veterans in my family...they were, each and every one, proud to serve. Our Country has such a strong heritage. Our Forefathers were men of conviction...I hope we never forget that.

My Pop was in the Navy, too. Your words are all so true. We will never be able to repay those who have secured our freedom.
